Scott Zuckerbrow was born and raised in Staten Island, NY. He attended The University of Buffalo as a Mathematical Physics Major. As he progressed through college, he realized that his true passion was for math and passing his passion onto others. After realizing this, he concentrated solely on mathematics and he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and his Master’s degree in Secondary Math Education from The University of Buffalo. After graduating, he taught math in NYC for over eight years. While there, he helped with the school plays as Stage Director and coached both the JV and Varsity basketball teams. He is excited to bring his passion for math and teaching to Lawrence and continue to pursue his professional goal, which is to make mathematics accessible to all students at any level. In his spare time, he likes to play golf, basketball, tennis, and volleyball, watch TV and movies, go on hikes, and cook.
